The most comon request for refunds is an inability to view clips after you join. As such, Please make sure that you are able to view our clips BEFORE you purchase a membership. Please make sure these clips will work on your computer BEFORE you buy. If you have problems viewing them, be sure to contact us PRIOR to purchasing your membership and we will be happy to troubleshoot any issues you might have.

As always, you may always CANCEL you membership at any time through CCBill.com, but refunds for unused portions will not be issued.
